Transfers from and to Barcelona Airport organised and scheduled by the organisation are as follows:
ATTENDEES' ARRIVAL
- Monday, 10th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 16:20
- Tuesday, 11th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 11:30
- Tuesday, 11th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 16:30
- Tuesday, 11th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 18:30
*Coaches will be waiting in the Coach Parking area of T1. At the airport, there will be a representative from Intercruises to assist and inform passengers (contact details to be provided).
**All coaches will stop at Vía Augusta bus stop, opposite Hotel H10 Imperial Tarraco (main hotel).
ATTENDEES' DEPARTURE
- Friday, 14th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 06:45
- Friday, 14th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 12:00
- Friday, 14th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 15:30
- Saturday, 15th of June, 2024: 1 coach transfer at 08:30
*All coaches will depart from the Vía Augusta bus stop, opposite Hotel H10 Imperial Tarraco (main hotel). Please be punctual, as the route will begin 3 minutes after the scheduled time.
There will be a sign indicating the location of the Vía Augusta bus stop in the Hotel H10 parking lot (just 70 meters away).
All transportation (coaches, minibuses, taxis, etc.) will display a clearly visible sign with the Assembly logo for easy identification.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The transfer buses will leave (only) from Terminal 1.
- To reach Terminal 1 from Terminal 2 of Barcelona Airport, you must use the free “shuttle” transportation.
