History
Tradebe is a global, Barcelona-based company, leading in the environmental sector. With a concession in the Port of Barcelona since 1991, Tradebe collects and treats various Marpol waste types. They constructed the Trademar barge in 2019, capable of handling 230m3 of liquid waste and 36m3 of solid waste, certified for Annexes I, II, IV, V & VI. Each Trademar barge filling replaces 15-18 road tanker services, reducing CO2 emissions. Tradebe Port de Barcelona also holds the ISCC Plus Certificate for Tradebe Green Fuel (TGF) made from oily ship waste.
