In these tough times we are all facing, it is a relief to receive positive news!
The Marseille Provence Cruise Club is very proud to announce that it has just won the Cruise Insight Award 2020 for organising with partners and sponsors the “Blue Maritime Summit Marseille Provence – Cruise Initiatives” BtoB event on last October, 17th of 2019.
It is a privilege to see such an event and a collective work rewarded. The event dealt with the strategic challenge of eco and energy transition for cruise ships and gathered 300 participants and 30 speakers among whom the IMO and the French State, cruise companies, engine manufacturers, ports and destinations, energy suppliers, shipyards, local authorities, representatives of associations and civil society, etc. to discuss the solutions and initiatives already available or in the pipeline to reduce the environmental impact of the cruise industry.
The Marseille Provence Cruise Club team is already working on the next edition for 2021 and is looking forward to welcoming all participants and new comers!
