- You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you have made your booking;
- Given the space limitations on the stand, we are able to accommodate three (3) B2B meetings per half an hour and our allocation process will be on a first-come first-served basis. Only the time slots that are available will appear on your screen, once you have accessed the booking process with the link below.
Important note
- The reservation of space at the MedCruise booth refers to meetings that you have arranged yourselves with your existing or potential business partners
- MedCruise has not invited guests to the event as we do during the General Assemblies.
Based on the above, please would you only book a slot once you have already confirmed, or are in the process of planning, such meetings. We only need to know the preferred time for your meetings and we will allocate the meeting table accordingly.
