The Tunisian state has decided to proceed to the sale of 99.98% of its shares in the capital of Goulette Shipping Cruise, the manager of La Goulette cruise terminal, to an investor who is able to ensure its management and development.
The process will go through two steps: a prequalification step to pre select the interests than a tender offer one.
The transaction will be advised by the investor bank CAP BANK.
