MedCruise is pleased to communicate the great news revealed by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) regarding the prospects of cruise.
As the association representing the users of cruise ports in the Med and its adjoining seas revealed, 24 million passengers will choose to cruise around the world in 2016.
MedCruise welcomes the fact that CLIA members will deploy 18,7% of their capacity in the Mediterranean, whereas a decade ago the respective percentage was just 13%.
It also welcomes the efforts of cruise lines, and their association, to enhance continuation of sustainable cruise growth.
MedCruise renews its promise to the cruise world to intensify its efforts to increase the attractiveness of the Med and its adjoining seas, making 2016, the year that our Association celebrates its 20 years, another year of successful cruising in the region.
