4- Hurghada was settled in 1905. Its name comes from a plan that has grown naturally since ancient times. During the reign of King Farouk, Hurghada was declared a recreational centre and continued to be developed by Egyptian and foreign investors to become the main coastal resort on the Red Sea, comprising holiday resorts and hotels, and several water sports facilities.

5- Both Hurghada and Safaga are very close to Luxor, as the bus journey takes from 3 to 3 and a half hours from any of them, where extraordinary views await you and some of the most remarkable antiques on the planet, such as the temples of Karnak, the valley of kings, and several tombs, especially that of Tautankhamon.
