It is an honour for me to be part of the largest cruise port association in the world, which in the last year has faced a challenging time that has shaken the cruise business around the world.

Within the Association, as the director of MedCruise Regional Development, I want to bring together the common aspects, the diversity of the specific regions of our Association. Within this mandate, we plan to create different regional working groups to discuss the issues for separate regions as previously conducted with the Black Sea and/or bring common matters of different regions under same WGs.

The last years have been difficult times and challenge for everyone. Still, the Association got involved and kept all members together creating a familiar and safe environment for the cruise industry to resume the activity at safer levels. We will all work hard and do our best to relaunch the business and welcome cruise passengers back to our regions.
