From 2004, he consolidated his career as an expert in protocol and institutional relations, standing out for his ability to coordinate large-scale events and establish key relationships in various sectors.
Internationally, he is a member of the board of directors of MedCruise, since 2023 leading the task of Economic Impact Assessment, a prestigious association representing the ports of the Mediterranean and its adjoining seas. In this role, he drives economic analysis and the generation of strategies to maximise the benefits of the cruise industry in the region.
“In these uncertain times, emphasising a sense of belonging is not a trivial matter. Being an active member of MedCruise: an association with 26 years of existence, representing 145 cruise ports on three continents, is a source of pride and hope. Even more so for ports and destinations that for various reasons still have a lot to contribute to the cruise industry, MedCruise becomes a space of conviviality and a great promotional platform.
From the task Destination Development, MedCruise wants to recognise the uniqueness of each destination, based on the diversity and cultural, gastronomic, historical and natural richness of the Med. We value our essence as peoples bathed by the Mediterranean and its adjacent seas.
One of the guiding threads of this task is the collaboration with the entire ecosystem of the destination to develop joint synergies and create robust initiatives for the better positioning of the Med in the cruise industry. That is why I look forward to your support and help in developing this project.”
