Tolga Tuncay was born in Istanbul in 1985. He graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Yıldız Technical University in 2011.
With experience in various areas such as port agency, operations management, and finance management in the cruise industry since 2005, Tolga Tuncay has been serving as the Port Director at Galataport Istanbul since 2022, where he has worked since its establishment in 2014.
