Piraeus Port Authority S.A., established in 1930, has the management and operations of Piraeus Port, the largest port in Greece and one of the largest ports in the Mediterranean. The country’s geographical position makes it an ideal Getaway and Distribution Center especially between Asia and Central & Eastern Europe. Piraeus Port has also been awarded with the title ECOPORT by ESPO and implements an integrated environmental management certified according to the European Environmental System focused in port sector: PERS (Port Environmental Review System).

It has two modern passenger terminals equipped with various amenities like air conditioning, baggage control, free transportation, duty-free shopping, and more. With the help of the subway system, cruise passengers can reach Athens within 30 minutes and explore the cultural heritage sites such as the Acropolis, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, and the Roman Forum.
